The add-on idea has an all-electric range of 1015 miles, with a maximum speed of 62 miles per hour.

Completely charging the battery will take only 22.5 hours employing a standard 120-volt outlet or 11.5 hours employing a 240-volt outlet. The automobile can also run in a gasoline-electric composite mode, powered by an economical 2.0-liter, i-VTEC inline 4-cylinder Atkinson cycle engine and paired with an electrical steadily variable transmission ( E-CVT ).
